I have done warranty repair for SONY since 1969 to 2002 both for myself and 2 other companies that I worked for until 1976 and then on my own until 2002 . At first they were good to work for, but then in the late 70&#039;s I started to notice the products they sold had MANY design flaws. They also were the first company to start charging big money for service manuals needed to repair their poor quality products. When I pointed out mistakes in their manuals and BAD flaws in their design they canceled my contract with them in 2002.. I was very upset at first, but was happier dealing with Honest companies after that. Sony poor designs and crappy training were the FINAL straw for me. GOOD RIDENS! Â« less]]></description>
